Mission

Our mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Declarations, and By-Laws. We encourage and support an association of neighbors who voluntarily work together to increase property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family, and friends.

Chain O' Lakes Water Access

We take pride in caring for our subdivision and we invite you to enjoy our association water front with us! Please be kind to our water front property as it is shared amongst the neighbors as well as our wildlife friends. We would love to continue to share this area with our fellow neighbors which is why keeping this property safe and useable is a joint responsibility amongst the community.

Meetings

The key to a successful community is communication. We hope to see you in one of our nonmandatory meetings where we will discuss how we can further better our subdivision while also establishing relationships within our community.

Dates: May 8th 2024 @7:00pm

Location: The open lots on Klondike, 26546 Klondike. If its raining we

will meet in the garage at 38880 Ackerman Rd. Please bring your own

chairs.
